KDS issue

Resolved

During an application update at 2023-11-27 1136Z, a third-party vendor subsystem failed to properly update the QuKDS app, causing affected systems to fall to desktop. Through some reconfiguration, we were able to recover systems and restore functionality. We will be completing investigation with the third-party to determine if a software update on their system may have caused this deployment failure.

We will continue to monitor the situation for the next several hours.

A fix has been deployed. We determined that an underlying third party deployment system failed during an update push causing the normal kiosk-mode to drop to the desktop. If there are any residual systems that do not recover normally in the next 10 minutes, please contact support so that we may further investigate.
