Discounts not showing on POS terminals

Resolved

A synchronization issue in a subset of customers exposed an underlying bug of a specific setting category that prevented discounts from loading properly on the POS.

Monitoring

The configuration change should have propagated through our system at this time. If you are still experiencing missing Discount buttons, please make sure the POS application has been restarted. The best way to do this is through the “More… » Restart POS” to update the terminal configuration parameters.

We expect the mitigation measures to have taken place by this time, in some cases you may need to restart the POS application for the discount configuration to be reloaded with proper settings.

Problem Identified

We have isolated a platform setting sync issue that was compounded with some other factors and have deployed a fix to get this synchronizing within the next 30 minutes.

The team is currently assessing multiple reports of Discounts page not appearing on the terminals affecting multiple brands.
