We’ve noted a few customers with issues this morning that were able to resolve the BSOD with the guidance given by CrowdStrike, under the heading “Workaround Steps for individual hosts”. We will continue to monitor the situation over the weekend.
We are aware of an ongoing incident with the CrowdStrike Falcon sensor product that started overnight 2024-07-18 to 2024-07-19. While this does not impact the Qu platform or our software directly, it may impact some of our customers who use this product in the terminal environment. If a terminal has become unresponsive or blue-screened, please contact your corporate IT so that they may receive guidance from CrowdStrike Support Portal.
