Some orders with promotions are not being properly handled
An UberEats payload formatting variance caused some orders not to be processed properly into our system during this event. Indicators show the patch applied yesterday has been successful and this error has been resolved.
We are deploying a fix to account for promotional discounts on the UberEats checks. We will continue to monitor that this resolves the issue completely for orders after this point.
We are currently testing a fix to allow certain orders to be processed properly.
We have detected an issue where some orders coming in through UberEats are not posting properly within the Qu system. This appears to affect only orders with promotional discounts, we are actively working this situation and intend to have a fix deployed as soon as it is available.
