While this was intermingled with a simultaneous AWS incident, we observed errors on the OLO API recover at approximately 2024-07-31 0103Z and the system has returned to normal operation.
OLO response is recovering as we continue to monitor at reduced update rates.
We are investigating the impact of an earlier incident at OLO on our system. Menu management and 86ing processing delays appeared to induced some lag in our system that may have impacted other OLO operations. We will continue to monitor the situation but have cleared impacted jobs.
In the interim, due to longer than normal response times from OLO we have reduced the update period of store-status and stockouts from 10 to 60 minutes.
