Impact to AWS us-east-1
AWS issued an update overnight that most services started seeing recovery by about 2024-07-31 0301Z and considered the issue resolved by 0455Z.
During this time we experienced increased error rates and latency, which have since recovered. We do not anticipate any long term effects or impact requiring any extraordinary reaction.
There is an ongoing issue with multiple services at AWS us-east-1 which we are also monitoring for impact to the Qu platform. Some of our services are showing increased response time but are still available.
