We’ve seen full recovery on the real-time data processing and all values should be current now after the fix was deployed earlier.
We have deployed a hotfix to correct the real-time indexing performance and are starting to see recovery. Will post a final update when all data is current.
With the pre-release of some versions of our POS v200, there was a messaging configuration update that did not make our cloud deploy this morning as it was postponed. This is causing some data to be indexed more slowly than expected.
We have already identified the issue and will be updating our reporting service with a hotfix shortly to improve this situation.
