Monitoring over the past 2 hours we have seen no additional issues as all processing is continuing to occur at near real-time.

Message processing to our reporting engine has recovered to current and we have completed scale up of the underlying resources.

We will continue to monitor performance into the evening before resolving this issue.

We are still seeing higher than normal latencies for data making it to reporting but it is stabilizing.
We are actioning some background scaling, should that be needed for recovery.

We are seeing increased latency in real-time message processing of sales to reporting and are currently monitoring the situation. This may affect some export users visibility of data and on-terminal closed check search.
