We will continue to investigate the root cause of the disruption today to expand on our preliminary findings and will be sharing updates through our customer success channels early next week.

If you are using the “Check Attributes » CRM” field on the POS to look up guests, this may continue to experience issues, please use the loyalty lookup and preferably loyalty QR scan to add guests to the check.

Restaurant data may be delayed in reporting for up to an hour. A status update will be posted when data availability is real-time.

CRM Customer Lookups may be delayed. Loyalty lookups via QR code should be unaffected.

We’ve identified a spike in traffic in one of our API services and are addressing the issue. Services are returning to normal. KDSs should reconnect automatically; if not, reloading the app will resolve the issue.
