Connectwise Automate Tool is Unavailable
We are seeing recovery in this tooling after working with the vendor. We will continue monitoring performance over the next hour before closing this issue.
We’ve confirmed that some functions are not working as expected as of 2026-08-10 0900Z. The issue has been escalated to our third party service provider.
Confirmed all systems are up and we can connect (via Backstage and Control) directly to terminals.
Continue to work with Connectwise Support to identify the problem
We are continuing to see issues with Connectwise Automate - unable to use BACKSTAGE or CONTROL. Support case has been created with Connectwise.
Connectwise Automate is now fully functional and available.
Our Support Tool - Connectwise Automate - is currently unavailable. We are working with the vendor to understand status.
